Tantrica Ashram Hall is predominantly a centre for Women’s Studies, run as a Trust in the Indian Himalayas. We aim to raise awareness for seasoned yoginis and yoga practitioners, as well as offer support to students, who are new to Yoga and the Tantras. The Tantrica trainings available, are held both on location with us, at the Tantrica Hall, in the Himalayas. Also Seminars, by request are held throughout Germany Europe and England. On-Line trainings are offered as a gateway to understanding our spiritual connection through Yogic and Tantrica practices.

 

For those who dedicate time to this work, this can lead to an invitation onto further six year apprenticeship. Our complete Timetable is offered worldwide to International students of various levels of experience.

 

Swami Hamsa Jnanananda Saraswati, is the Founder Director of Tantrica Ashram Hall Trust. The Tantrica Training and The Ashram Hall, were created in answer to a call, from students for Swamiji to share in a deeper way the unique and enriching practices, from this Tantrica lineage, its cosmology philosophy and form.

 

By opening this Training program for the Tantrica Practices. It is Swami Hamsas prayer that they may assist practitioners of the sacred, in the change-opportunities that arise on our spiritual path. A time when we need to take our yoga practice to another level and have more connection to the divine. By connecting to this archaic matriarchal and little known lineage, its philosophy and cosmology, and the body of works it holds, we can become more present and authentic. Beginning each day from a remarkable and profound unfolding to ourselves.

Tantrica Ashram Hall Trust offers several on-line ongoing trainings. Seminars for women, a unique Tantrica Rite of Passage for MEN* and other mixed group trainings and seminars. Couples Counselling from a yogic perspective, and One to One- Personal Sessions are also available. Each student weather  On-line or in person, is given equal support throughout their chosen training option, with Skype and telephone connection to Swami Hamsa Jnanananda in person, each month.

 

Swami Hamsa Jnanananda Saraswati an elder from this unique archaic Tantrica lineage. She has diligently followed the deeper recesses of this work for over twenty years. This dedication has lead her to offer this work this way. She also teaches the Patanjali Sutras from the third and fourth Chapter of Patanjalis “Four Chapters on Freedom”- Bihar School of Yoga Text as Standard. Swamiji also shares her opening towards Samadhi, as a knowledge lecture Satsang, to assist students who wish to take there practice to this level.

Tantrica Ashram Hall Trust is a non-profit organisation, that supports awareness, and all spiritual traditions that support “Self-Realisation” for people across the world. The Hall pledges to raise funding for Child-line-India, a charity that helps abandoned children. A helpline phone service for rescue.
